Mishel's house. 8:45 a.m. We were going to run at 8 am but she didn't sleep well so we pushed it off another 45 min. We ran with Jeff to start out with but he was running the loop for a total of 8 miles. It felt so good to get out in the cold air after not running for over a week due to snow and cold weather conditions. There was still snow on the ground but melting. There were some spots as we started our run that were very slick. We had to be careful and run slower. Mishel was having trouble in the beginning and felt winded. I kinda felt out of shape too. We slit off when Mishel and I turned L to go up the gravel road and come down the reverse way; Jeff kept running for the full 8 miles. I actually started to get some knee pain as we were heading back past the HS. We talked for a bit but I got it again: i really didn't want to make Mishel stop as she was doing better near the end so I kept on running with my L knee giving me some deep pain. I have no idea why it was doing that so I am hoping I dont' have trouble on wed if I run. Yikes! pain reminded me of Portland, none of that! Ewww!

Not knee pain! Make it stop! Where does it hurt? How did you fare in the snow?

Didnt' run at all due to conditions, what about you? how did you do? are you still doing lincoln city half? trying to still decide if we can do that this yr. it was so fun last time!

Hey Anya, just wanted to let you know I'm moving over to Daily Mile, it seems easier and does more stats-style-stuff for tracking runs. Lisa and Jordanne created accounts too, thought you might want to join. :-) dailymile.com
