ARSHS. Clear skies. Birds chirping again. Slightly sore from yesturday run even though it was an easy one. Ran faster speed this time to push a little. Felt pretty good. No pain or probs. 11 laps, opposite direction around track this time to change it up and work out other areas. Morning pulse: 46 (nice and low)
