ARSHS. Early a.m. It felt very cold this morning! I wished I had brought my gloves running. I wore a jacet some of the time. I was very tired starting out due to eating some snacks later last night. Then when I got warmed up I started feeling good and felt inspired to run at a faster pace and do one extra lap. I had no pain which was encouraging and now that I am thinking of doing a race in Dec and possibly for Thanksgiving I am wanting to train harder. :) Did 12 laps. 4 one direction, 4 another direction, then 4 the other direction.

Way to go Anya! Yes it was freezing out this morning I didn't wear a coat to work and the walk in I was really surprised! Tell me about the Thanksgiving race!

Yeah it was! Burrr...The Thanksgiving run is down in Paradise area (Nor cal). It's one I usually do every year. It's called "Run to Feed the Hungry or Run for Food" All the benefits go to help hungry/poor people on Thanksgiving. IT is a 5 K race. I am hoping to do that! I am sure there are a lot around here too though!
