ARSHS. Ran about 5:45 a.m. It has been awhile since my early morning runs; slightly hard to get up but felt so good afterwards. It is getting a lot lighter out when I run now. Felt good. Ran 11 laps on track. (same direction). Started out walk/jog for a few min.

Miles: 9:06, 8:57, 8:39 (so proud of myself for being able to start out slow and gradually run faster; also really focused on running a slower pace) |
