BPA Trail with Nicole and Lisa. Tired on this run; hills were very tough. Only had 6.5 hrs of sleep last night; ate too late:( Felt nice to get together and socialize while exercising. Lisa ran 3.7 miles and then Nicole and I ran further. We did usual route on BPA trail (to 2nd stop light) and back. Nicole and I ran that once and then a little bit more going back to meet back up with Lisa then back to road. Nicole and I then did the softball field route back on back gravel Rd to start, then small loop to bathrooms and back. Great great work out! I was sweating! Weather was quite warm as compared to what it usually is; we could feel it as we ran. No leg pain:) Nicole felt good too! We all did great.
