BPA Trail. Met with Nicole and Lisa. Nicole tried running instead of biking due to her shins feeling better. Lisa did well. We ran less on the BPA trail due to not over doing for Nicole. We ran to 1st Ave S and back to car. Then we all ran past softball fields and on a back trail which lead back to the BPA trail. I kept running after the girls left so that I could get 5 miles in. I ended up running to the right this time toward apts, to the next street and back. Then ran the softball loop again. I ended up working out perfect to get 5 miles in. Felt great on this run! Good weather too; sunny but partly cloudy.

Way to keep going and get 5 in! And thanks for turning around for me, sorry you didn't get to do the whole trail! Are you going to do 11 this weekend? So impressive!

No prob that worked out fine, less hills:) We both enjoy the company. Actually this weekend I will just do 10 miles again; that is what my training schedule says, so thats nice I can just do the same mileage and not have to push as hard. I think 11 miles will be in 2 more weeks. The following week after this I go down in mileage as to give my muscles a break:)
