Game Farm Park. Nice eve but slightly windy which made it pretty chilly. Ran with Lisa and Nicole. Lisa wasn't feeling that great this eve (shin splints) so she took off after 1st mile. Nicole and I ran 4 more miles after that. We chatted whole time and both had a great work out. It was a tough one this eve to do the 5 but felt great after. Beginning felt slight pain L knee but it went away. Felt fine overall. We started at about 5:15 p.m.

Time: 46:27 min     Cal: 481   Bpm (before): 58    Ave bpm: 152

Max bpm: 162

Miles: 9:19, 9:06, 9:03, 9:05, 9:04, 9:12

Was happy with how we gradually got faster but tappered over a bit, pretty close though. Great pace Nicole! Hope Lisa feels better next week for runs.

Way to go Anya! Really great pace, I was surprised when I saw the splits, I was thinking it was more 9:30s. Thanks for showing me all that Garmin stuff! You rock!

PS - Finally figured out that I never set my weight, that's why the calories was exagerrated. But now I figured it out and it will be right in the future! :-) Now to just find that heart rate monitor...

No prob it was great we could push each other with the running. You push me with distance and maybe I'm helping your speed:) Glad you figured out the calories, that could have been confusing.
