Lisa's house in Kent, WA. Lisa and I went for a run together. Nicole wasn't able to make it this time due to knee problems and very tired. We missed you! Lisa and I both felt good today and ran 4 miles at a lower pace which was better for my leg I think. I didn't get any terrible pains this time which was good. We ran around her neighborhood with the baby Danali in Bob. We ran along the Green River just a bit back behind her neighborhood. I loved that route even though it was kinda dark. It was nice with the stars out and quietness. Great run for both of us! Good job Lisa!

Way to dominate! I'm glad your leg is feeling better and missed you guys. I went to Hot Yoga today and plan to go a few more times and hopefully it will help.

Sweet, that is neat you are staying active doing other activies that can help stretch and strengthen the legs/knees.
