Roegner Park. My first long run in about 2-3 weeks. It felt good getting back into it. Met up with my friend Loan and we ran together for the first time. I was just wanting to run somewhere between 6-8 miles so my goal was good. No trouble with ankle. Slight pain in L knee but only for a very short time. This girl is so fast! She really kept me going on a faster but steady pace. I hope I didn't over do myself with the run today. Dang! This girl has lots of potential; she could have ran even faster. She is running a race next Sat at Point Defiance. She got me out of my comfort zone. I was able to do it but was tough! I just gave it everything to keep up with her. She sprinted at the end. I just had a little energy to run/sprint.

Thanks, but I am feeling it today! My legs are very sore; it felt way faster than what I am used to!
