Very sore from Wed run where I ran 5 miles. Felt great to have such a good work out on Wed though:)
Ran just an easy short run from my home to Hemlock Rd and my usual loop and back. Very chilly, frosty. Start time: about 8:40 a.m. No work today:) Felt sore but okay. Slightly sluggish from eating late last night after the Huskies game.
Time: 22: 25 min. Cal: 239 min. Heart rate before: 72 (kinda high this a.m.)
Heart rate after run: 161
