ARSHS. Tried out new Garmin Forerunner. Don't know too much about how to use it yet but still learning. Basically found out that I've been running slightly over 3 miles on track becuase my start and stop place is the same; didn't think about the different lanes on track. Distance: 3:27 miles. Used heart rate monitor. Heart before: 74 HR after 3 mile run: 157. Time: 26:57 min. I felt it was kinda hard running today but like new garmin. |
