My home. 5:45 a.m. Cheri met me here this time. Mishel had plans to run later with Angela. Cheri and I did the usual route loop pass the Muckleshoot HS and a loop up the hill, and then down past a house and on a gravel road to meet back up with the main Rd. We talked a lot most all of the way; christmas stuff and Thanksgiving plans. Very neat to just get to know Cheri better! We both kept a decent pace and didn't walk at all except just when we both dropped off our jackets at the end of Lemon tree. Rained some but not too bad this morning when we ran.

Mishel's home. 5:30 a.m. I decided to try and run this morning especially since I missed yesturday due to my sore muscles from football. I felt a lot better this morning and actually got enough rest. My muscles aren't nearly as sore! Unfortunetly, it was rainning pretty steadily. Cheri, Mishel, and I braved the yucky weather but we got dreanched! In fact, I can't remember the last time I got this wet with my clothes being weighed down and all from a down pour. The last couple of miles it really started to come down hard. We all kinda took turns stepping in a puddle of water as well so our socks were wet! EW! It was warm outside but the water made me feel cold near the end. Mishel wanted to do an extra 2 miles, extend the loop but Cheri and I weren't up for that. I was mainlly concerned about getting back home to my phone in case I got a call to work. We just did our usual loop without walking which was good. We were all happy with our splits. Good run considering the weather!

June's house in Enumclaw. 7:45 a.m. Thanksgiving morning!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!! I am in the cheerful mood! What a great morning run with June, Angela, Mishel, and me of course;). Mishel drove and picked up Angela on the way. It was very cold outside so we stayed in the car as long as possible. I was so happy to have my running gloves on and long sleeved shirt. We did a big loop run that went up the gradual hill around the Mtn. heading East. We then ran straight and on a quiet country Rd then turned a corner to parallel the first Rd we ran on. I started out with Angela up the hill and the first 2 miles and then I ran with Mishel and we got quite a ways ahead of Angela and June. We didn't know which way to turn but went on the busy Rd back to June's Rd and then her street. We got just under 8 miles which I was happy with. Mishel and I were both out of breath and ready to be done by mile 7. It is so much harder to run and breath when it is cold outside. It might have froze last night.
