| Ran with Kent group. I walked some of the way beacause they did the hill a few times. Walked back with Dan (X marine excort). A little bit more of a run than what I am used to. But great work out! I ran about 4 miles first in the morning. Then at 3 p.m. I ran with the girls at Des Moines Creek Trail in Seatac. Was very sore to run a second time, but already had plans to do that. I ran about 2.4 miles with them. Sore, runned out. |

| Ran RUN FOR FOOD in Chico, CA. The turn out was amazing! over 3,000 runners and walkers. All proceeds go to feed the hungry all throughout the winter. Fetl good whole way of race, except last 100 meters. Gave it almost all I had. Felt if I gave entirely everything, would feel sick. Happy with time! I hadn't been training as much for time, was training more for distance, so was very happy with time and placing. There were 52 in my age group of 25-29 yrs. Very happy to have placed 2nd in my age divsion! |
