Lakeland Hills. 8 a.m. Goregous weather! High of 65 degrees, blue skies, warm enough to wear a short sleeve and carpis running. Those there: Sunny, Janet, Lindsey, Angela (only for the first couple of miles), Jan (new lady), A new russian girl, can't think of her name, Shannon, Sheri, etc.... Some of the other ladies were running Tacoma marathon. Go Mishel!! Her first! We ran the usual route throughout the neighborhood. Time went fast as I got to know the new ladies and also talked with Sheri a lot near the end. Felt good but the last stretch I was very tired to do so ended with a few of the girls after the loop around the park. Glad I got out, because I was totally thinking of slacking today! I didn't stay for starbucks after this time though.

Thanks. Yeah my friend Mishel's first marathon went really well. She got 4:20 I believe and I heard that she felt good and was very happy of her accomplishments! I knew she could do it!! She celebrated with a cake that said 26.2!
