Ran lots of 5K races and placed a few times.

Finished my first half marathon 11/08 with a surprising time of 1 hr 5o min:)

Finished my huge goal of completing my first marathon! Portland Marathon 2010 with a time of 4:18:49

Long-Term Running Goals:

Staying physically fit my whole life, which includes keeping into the running routine. Would want to accomplish my goals by: continual running and have completed a marathon. Another great accomplishment would be to complete a triathalon as well.

Ran early (5:15 a.m.), but felt later due to time change. Frost on my car this morning; so pretty dang cold. Kept my long sleeve on the whole time (that must  mean it's cold out). 3 miles on track, with a time of about 27: 50 min. 1/4 after mile 2 was a semi spring; felt tired though.

Ran early a.m. at Auburn Riverside HS. Chilly. Was tired; didn't run as fast, no sprint lap. Surprised with the time of 26 minutes and something. Felt like my speed was slower.

Ran with Nicole and Lisa at Game Farm park in the eve. About 6 p.m . Very chilly due to wind but without wind=pleasant. Wind was blowing twigs everywhere. Moderate rain as well. Good run though. Lisa's leg was hurting after about lap 4, Nicole and I did one final lap. Excellent workout!!

Ran at Roegner Park with Lisa. Nicole out of town. Cloudy but no rain. Just slight sprinkle at start but no rain rest of run:) Ate a little much so hard at start but great half way through. Slower pace but good work out. About 43 minutes total.

Great run!! Ran at Game Farm Park with Lisa. We both felt very energetic with our run. I think we ran about 5 miles. We did 5 loops around the park in the lighted areas. Lots of people around playiing soccer and watching. Time: 48:07 min. Slightly sore after.

Ran RUN FOR FOOD in Chico, CA. The turn out was amazing! over 3,000 runners and walkers. All proceeds go to feed the hungry all throughout the winter. Fetl good whole way of race, except last 100 meters. Gave it almost all I had. Felt if I gave entirely everything, would feel sick. Happy with time! I hadn't been training as much for time, was training more for distance, so was very happy with time and placing. There were 52 in my age group of 25-29 yrs. Very happy to have placed 2nd in my age divsion!
