| BPA trail in Federal Way. Time: 33:20 min. Met with Nicole; Lisa still in Alaska. There were small snow flurries falling before we ran. So cold! FREEZING!! Hard to breath; lungs hurt. Face chap. Felt out of breath. Tough run but we both endured it. Nicole brought her dog Cooper, such a cutie! |

Run was solo at Game Farm park. Very cold! It took about 1 mile to where I was comfortable and could feel my hands. I think it was about 32 degrees or so. Ran 4 loops around the park (excluding back trail and extra area near apts). Felt good by the last couple of laps; nice and warm:) Time was a little under 40 min. |

| Ran near my home. Apt to Hemlock Rd and regular lap, then back home. Did one extra loop around my apt complex. I felt very good! I felt fabulous, should have gone for longer run but was hungry. Wore gloves and extra jacket. Time: 24 min. I think it was alittle over 2 miles. |

| Lakeland Hills run. 5+ miles; 49:47 min. All 3 of us got together. It was Lisa's first time at Lakeland hill to run. It was about 32 degrees.....burrrrr! VERY COLD! but do-able. Ran all along residential homes on right and left sides; slightly downhill. Felt amazing. Endurance was there this run. |
